Thank you for purchasing wall‑art products from Room127. We ship artwork worldwide to individual buyers, interior designers, hotel projects, resellers and wholesale clients.

All our framed canvas paintings are packed with export‑grade protective packaging including corner guards, foam padding and heavy‑duty cartons to avoid damage during international transit.

Production & Lead Time

  • Standard ready‑made wall art: 3‑7 working days production time.
  • Custom size, custom design or OEM private label orders: 10‑20 working days based on order quantity.
  • Mass wholesale bulk orders (500 pieces and above): 20‑35 working days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Express Shipping (DHL, Fedex, UPS): 5‑10 business days door‑to‑door, recommended for small‑batch sample orders.
  • Air Freight: 10‑18 days, suitable for medium‑volume orders.
  • Sea Freight: 30‑45 days, most cost‑effective for large wholesale orders.
  • Amazon FBA service: We can deliver goods directly to your Amazon warehouse in USA, Canada and Europe.

Shipping Cost Rules

  • For retail small orders: shipping fee is calculated based on product weight, dimensions and delivery country, shown on checkout page.
  • Wholesale clients: We offer discounted group shipping cost for bulk purchases.
  • Buyer is responsible for import duties, local tax and customs clearance fees in your country.
