Agreement
By browsing our website, sending inquiry and placing orders from Room127 wall‑art factory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using our website and our services.
Room127 reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice, updated terms will be published on this page.
Product & Custom‑Order Terms
- All standard wall‑art images shown on our website are for reference only, slight color difference caused by different monitors is normal and not treated as quality problem.
- For custom artwork: after you confirm design drafts, sizes and frame styles, production will start. Once production begins, order cannot be canceled.
- You guarantee that all pictures, photos and artwork files you provide us do not infringe third‑party copyright. If copyright disputes occur, you shall take full responsibility.
- OEM private‑label orders: Room127 will not use your exclusive designs to sell to other clients after signing exclusive‑design agreements.
Payment Terms
- Retail small orders: full payment before production starts.
- Wholesale bulk orders: 30% deposit before manufacturing, the remaining 70% paid before shipment.
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union.
- If you delay your final payment, we have right to postpone your delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
Our estimated production time and shipping time are just expected time, we are not liable for delays from natural disasters, global logistics congestion, customs inspection or local government policies out of our control.
Buyer is responsible for import tax and customs clearance in your receiving country.
Intellectual Property
All original artwork designs, website photos, product images on room127.com belong to our factory. It is forbidden to copy, download and resell our pictures without our written permission.
Liability Limitation
Room127’s maximum compensation shall not exceed your actual order amount under any circumstances. We are not liable for indirect loss including lost business profit, project failure or subsequent commercial losses.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between you and Room127 will be solved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled in Linyi, China following international commercial arbitration rules.
The official working language for these terms is English.
